Job Summary
Execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and safely deliver on-time, on-budget projects with exceptional quality. Analyze internal MFG data and trends to inform decision-making, while engaging in broad spectrum projects to identify, address, and sustain operational effectiveness. Develop agile cross-functional teams to solve problems, present business cases for automation investments, and implement enhancements to capital equipment. Mentor staff through on-boarding and open communication to build morale, ensure appropriate staffing, and foster a diverse, inclusive workplace. Secure buy-in from key internal stakeholders through effective communication and establish appropriate review cadences to maintain progress.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
- 10+ years' experience in a manufacturing industry with demonstrable escalating scope of responsibility
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or other relevant master's degree preferred
