Job Summary
Lead box build manufacturing operations for semiconductor equipment, ensuring production efficiency, quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets are met while driving continuous improvement and capacity readiness. Manage metal box build assembly, including Power Box, PDU, and industrial metal box build assemblies, overseeing welding, coating/plating, and electrical functionality testing. Apply Lean Mfg principles and problem-solving methodologies to optimize high-mix, low-volume production environments and ensure compliance with industry standards. Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA for drawing understanding and maintain strict GD&T proficiency. Requires Bachelor's in Engineering, 8–12 years of manufacturing experience with 3–5 in management, and strong system integration skills. Join the team during company transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 8–12 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a management role
- Strong experience in semiconductor or capital equipment box builds manufacturing
- Experience with high-mix, low-volume production environments
- Metal box build assembly experience, such as Power Box, PDU, semiconductor industrial metal box build assy
- Metal welding, coating/plating requirements & metal boxbuild product drawing understanding
- Box build electrical & functionality testing equipment & procedure
- Experience on Lean Mfg principles, process improvement methodologies & problem-solving skills
- Experience on using AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA/Creo software
- strong proficiency in GD&T
- System integration experience
Desired Qualifications
- Lean / Six Sigma certification is an advantage
