Job Summary
Manufacturing Manager to lead and develop manufacturing teams across multiple disciplines, develop and execute business plans, policies, and procedures, acquire resources and manage suppliers, drive process improvements, and foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Role emphasizes technical leadership, oversight of approaches to products and processes, safety and quality through a FOD-free environment and IIF Safety commitments, and a culture of creativity, innovation, and diversity. Requires significant leadership experience, ability to coach and mentor teams, and a background in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing with continuous improvement experience. Shift 2; focus on driving performance, safety, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- leadership in manufacturing or cross-functional environments
- 5+ years in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
- ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
