Job Summary
Lead the DI Repair Technician team by supervising daily shift activities and cultivating a creative work environment within assigned functional areas. Maintain accountability for training, development, and performance management while tracking metrics on labor hours, service records, inventory accuracy, throughput, and customer complaints. Spearhead continuous improvement ideas that drive bottom-line results and own the daily management system for LCS Repair, covering safety, quality, delivery, budget, and compliance. Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure all needs are met and develop training plans to maximize workforce capability. Lead environmental, health, and safety efforts to support plant goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree with three years of production or leadership experience or equivalent high school diploma with seven years experience. Full-time role with no visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years production, supply chain experience or leadership
- High School diploma/GED and 7 years production or supply chain experience
- GE Leadership Program employee or graduate
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete a drug screen

- Demonstrated ability to identify & implement best practices
- Demonstrated ability to perform with high levels of ambiguity
- Prior Team Leading experience
