Job Summary
Manufacturing Manager 2 oversees design, development and optimization of production processes and equipment; leads and coordinates technology and NC programming teams; manages production preparation, planning and workshop activities; drives lean initiatives, problem solving, NCR resolution, and continuous improvement to improve quality, cost, and efficiency; ensures compliance with EHS and quality policies; provides technical training and support, and coordinates cross-department collaboration for project execution; requires Croatian and English fluency, 5 years manufacturing experience, and a permanent work permit.
