Job Summary
Operate and demonstrate all plant equipment within the manufacturing process while performing and understanding all plant and administrative roles. Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports, and provide operational support by filling in for short-term staffing needs as required. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects under the guidance of an experienced Plant Manager. This structured training program develops future plant leadership through hands-on experience in operations, personnel management, and business processes. Candidates must relocate for an 18-24 month training period and work in varying weather conditions with exposure to industrial materials.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to relocate upon successful completion of the training program (typically 18-24 months)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical degree required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and strict quality standards
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated leadership capability and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
