Job Summary
Operate all plant equipment within the manufacturing process and perform both plant and administrative roles while filling in for short-term staffing needs. Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports, then participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned. This structured training program under an experienced Plant Manager develops future plant leadership through hands-on experience in operations, personnel management, and business processes. Candidates must relocate within 18-24 months and handle exposure to industrial materials and varying weather conditions while wearing required PPE.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical degree required
