Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment while performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery. Install, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing equipment by reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to diagnose failures and identify root causes. Assist with repairs, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical components, and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures. This full-time role requires every other weekend availability with overtime opportunities, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience
- related technical education/training
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical components
- Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Every Other Weekend Required
Desired Qualifications
- Basic PLC and robotics experience is preferred
- Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
