Job Summary
Maintenance Mechanic for an industrial equipment manufacturer in the Greater New Orleans area. Responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNC and metal-fabrication machinery in a high-precision manufacturing environment to maximize equipment uptime and support production operations. Read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics, drawings, and service manuals; maintain equipment per OEM standards and safety requirements; document maintenance activities; communicate with equipment manufacturers’ technical support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities
