Job Summary
Hands-on maintenance technician sought to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment for a food-manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, performing preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime, collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to improve plant reliability, and operating equipment such as forklifts and manlifts when needed. The role requires 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or a technical degree/certification in industrial maintenance or electromechanical technology, with strong multicraft skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics/pneumatics, and PLC/HMI troubleshooting; automation or robotics experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR technical degree/certification in industrial maintenance or electromechanical technology
- Strong multicraft maintenance skills including: Mechanical systems, Electrical troubleshooting, Hydraulics and pneumatics, PLC/HMI troubleshooting
- Automation or robotics experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
