Job Summary
Manufacturing Maintenance Technician on the night shift (D Shift, 7:00pm–7:00am) responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment including blow molders, conveyors, packers, and automated systems. Performs diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains using tools such as multimeters and PLC interfaces. Provides technical training to maintenance team members, collaborates with production to minimize downtime, maintains maintenance logs and CMMS records (MaintainX), and adheres to safety protocols (LOTO, GMP, PPE). Requires 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance with proficiency in PLCs, VFDs, reading blueprints/schematics, and experience with CMMS and industrial automation. OT flexibility; on-site at Bethlehem, PA.
