Job Summary
Manufacturing Maintenance Technician responsible for routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems; diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency; maintain maintenance records; collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal production disruption; assist in installing new equipment and ensuring proper setup; ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Certification or technical training in maintenance, industrial mechanics, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems; familiarity with PLCs; ability to read drawings/schematics/manuals
- Valid driver's license
