Job Summary
Manage the site safety program, enforce housekeeping standards including 5S, and lead Beyond Zero initiatives for employee wellness. Develop strategic initiatives, communicate site actions to align with company objectives, and mentor employees on career planning and skills development. Lead team meetings, review work orders for schedule adherence, and assist the Site Manager in measuring maintenance performance indicators, conducting root cause analyses, and managing labor and material expenses. Approve overtime, escalate equipment status to the customer, and drive continuous improvement through the Operating System.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software
Desired Qualifications
- Foundational business acumen (understanding contracts and the customer's business, negotiation, billing models, financial experience, relationship building)
- Planner/scheduler experience
