Job Summary
Manage the site safety program, enforce housekeeping standards, and lead employee wellness initiatives through Beyond Zero. Develop strategic understanding to support positive change, communicate site actions to align with overall objectives, and drive daily execution of team priorities. Manage employee performance, mentor staff on career planning, and ensure the operating system is embedded. Lead team meetings, review work orders for schedule adherence, and assist the Site Manager in measuring maintenance performance indicators, removing barriers, and addressing issues for continuous improvement. Communicate equipment status and escalate priorities to the customer to sustain profitable relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software
Desired Qualifications
- Foundational business acumen (understanding contracts and the customer's business, negotiation, billing models, financial experience, relationship building)
- Planner/scheduler experience
