Job Summary
Manage the site safety program, enforce policies, and drive housekeeping standards including 5S. Lead team execution of daily priorities, mentor employees on career planning, and coach on skills development. Ensure the operating system is embedded, measure key maintenance performance indicators, and assist in managing labor, overtime, and material expenses. Review work orders to ensure schedule adherence, escalate equipment status to the customer, and facilitate team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software
Desired Qualifications
- Foundational business acumen (understanding contracts and the customer's business, negotiation, billing models, financial experience, relationship building)
- Planner/scheduler experience
