Job Summary
Manufacturing Maintenance Manager responsible for leading safety programs and maintenance operations at the site, aligning ATS and customer strategies, and driving continuous improvement. Manages safety training and incident investigations, deploys safety initiatives, and fosters a customer-safety culture. Communicates clear site and company objectives, leads change initiatives, and ensures leadership competencies such as honesty, respect, transparency, and coaching. Develops team capabilities through performance improvement, career planning, training, and a Skills Matrix; builds a succession plan for key positions; drives the site’s operating system, maintenance planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and other units; maintains strong customer relationships, monitors performance metrics, and implements root-cause analyses to eliminate barriers. Requires or prefers a Bachelor’s degree and significant supervisory experience, strong manufacturing/assembly knowledge, business acumen, and excellent communication skills; relocation to specified locations is possible. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or a related field preferred or seven years of operations / maintenance experience
