Job Summary
Independently performs preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation. Essential functions include diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment failures; executing preventive maintenance tasks; interpreting manuals, schematics, and diagrams; replacing motors, drives, sensors, and other components; troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems; supporting startups and validations after maintenance; documenting work in the CMMS; identifying recurring failures and opportunities for improvement; supporting downtime reduction initiatives; and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of maintenance, industrial, or related experience
