Job Summary
Operate specialized machinery including stampers, rerollers, mixers, and lamination units to punch tiles, cut rolls, combine materials, and prepare products for shipping. Perform quality inspections, input and retrieve data from ERP systems, and maintain machine interfaces while ensuring compliance with standards. Work in a loud, dusty environment requiring safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and ear protection, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Shifts run 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with overtime available. Apply for multiple positions within a rubber manufacturing facility focused on transforming reclaimed rubber into performance surfaces.
