Job Summary
Program, set up, and operate CNC and robotic fabrication equipment to process structural steel components. Read shop drawings, load machine programs, and verify measurements to produce accurate parts meeting quality standards. Inspect finished components, adjust settings to troubleshoot issues, and perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance. Track production and material usage while collaborating with fabrication and quality teams to meet goals. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in a fast-paced environment. Earn $24.00 - $30.00/hour with health, dental, vision, and disability insurance, plus 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints, and shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced steel fabrication environment
