Job Summary
Operate textile machinery while working safely in a fast-paced, team-structured environment. Follow written and verbal instructions to meet or exceed quality standards. Handle materials safely and efficiently, standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift. This full-time role requires dependable attendance and willingness to work hands-on in production. Pay is $15.00 plus a .25c shift differential with weekly payment. A&E offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid training.
