Job Summary
Production Line Lead at kdc/one Columbus and New Albany, OH. Lead and supervise line operations on filling and packaging, train and guide team members on SOPs and safety protocols, track quality metrics, record production documentation in SAP, conduct quality checks (appearance, torque, weight), coordinate with cross-functional teams on changeovers, investigate deviations to identify root causes, maintain a clean, compliant, and safe production line, and promote OSHA/GMP adherence while communicating effectively across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- At least 2 years of manufacturing or production experience, OR 2 years of supervisory experience
- Familiarity with FDA cGMPs, OSHA safety, SOPs, SAP, and HMI systems
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Experience with SAP, SOPs, GMP, OSHA, and quality documentation
