Job Summary
Leading the weekend-shift manufacturing team to manufacture parts per plant specifications using manual and CNC machine centers; set up, program, and operate CNC machines; read and interpret blueprints; perform complex setups and critical operations; ensure product quality using precision measuring devices; train and supervise trainees; perform preventive maintenance; drive continuous improvement and training for machining staff; collaborate with the Machining Manager to assess training effectiveness and assist in machine/tooling decisions; assist in HR training documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of both
