Job Summary
Lead the Manufacturing team during the assigned shift, supervise and train manufacturing staff, ensure adherence to company and state regulations, monitor attendance and shift communications, and oversee adherence to safe manufacturing and quality practices within the Boonton, NJ facility. Responsibilities include direct supervision and training of all team members engaged in manufacturing, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining effective task communication across the shift. This role requires ensuring attendance adherence, shift task delegation, and implementing safety and quality standards; background checks and E-Verify compliance are part of the onboarding process.
