Job Summary
Manufacturing Lead Operator - Aseptic leads setup and operation of processes for injectable products in a clean-room environment, supervising aseptic manufacturing activities (bulk fill, stopper, labeling, packaging) and semi-automatic filling equipment for syringes. Responsible for producing quality products, training other Aseptic Operators/Technicians, ensuring cGMP compliance, documenting production activities, and performing routine sampling/inspection of pre-filled syringes within a 3rd-shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 or more years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
