Manufacturing Lead In Training

Manufacturing Lead In Training responsible for directing daily production, coordinating workflow, and assisting team members to ensure quality, safety and efficiency standards are met. Provide daily work direction to manufacturing personnel, process timecards and training, ensure QC processes are followed, coordinate workload with project management to implement design changes, document workplace injuries with Safety HR, read and interpret blueprints, schedule equipment and materials, optimize manufacturing sequences, ensure products meet customer requirements, coordinate with management and purchasing to maintain shop supplies, and maintain equipment maintenance records. Requires ability to read/write information, basic Word/Excel skills, problem identification, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours. OR any combination of education and experience that provides required skills. On-site in New Ulm, MN with a flexible shift structure (4x10s and 5x8s).
