Job Summary
Manufacturing Lead overseeing a defined production area on the shop floor to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient production outcomes. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day manufacturing operations, driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people, coaching and developing the team, applying Lean principles to drive continuous improvement, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to enable disciplined execution and sustained performance. The role emphasizes building team capability through coaching, training, and performance management, owning and improving key operational measures, identifying and resolving production issues, and embedding continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
