Manufacturing Lead
On-siteAlcester, England, United Kingdom
Job Summary
Lead a team of manufacturing engineers, subject matter experts, and tool makers, providing day-to-day supervision, direction, and support. Ensure manufacturing documentation, including set-up packs, work instructions, and standard operating procedures, is created, controlled, and kept up to date. Participate in problem-solving activity and internal/external audits, implementing solutions where gaps are identified.
