Manufacturing Lead - 8 Hour NIGHT Shift

Manufacturing Lead on the Night Shift oversees and directs crew members to maximize daily production, maintain safety and compliance (GMP/HACCP, PPE, SQF), monitor quality and scrap reduction, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include resolving personnel conflicts, issuing praise or disciplinary action, ensuring adherence to safety practices, tracking production data, maintaining Kronos, training a backup Group Leader, troubleshooting equipment, coordinating printer maintenance, and leading safety and production meetings. Required skills include strong leadership, safety-focused communication, problem solving, and the ability to interpret safety rules, procedures, and technical instructions; qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of supervisory or printing-related experience.
