Job Summary

Mix and prepare refractory materials, set up molds, and pour substances to ensure proper distribution and structural integrity. Assemble combustion system components using hand and power tools to fit, align, and secure parts according to engineering drawings. Prepare surfaces for painting, apply coatings, and inspect finished products for defects before weighing, crating, labeling, and documenting them for shipment. Operate material handling equipment and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery. Perform in-process and final quality checks while reporting defects and maintaining a clean work area. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE throughout the shift.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified apprenticeship applicable to the requested work
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial labor
  • Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
