Manufacturing Laboratory Technician - mAbs 1st Shift 8-hours (Monday - Friday and Rotating Weekends) 7:15am - 3:45pm

Job Summary
Execute upstream and downstream manufacturing operations for large-scale monoclonal antibody (mAb) production campaigns, including aseptic inoculation, mammalian cell culture maintenance, and purification techniques such as chromatography and ultrafiltration. Operate bioreactors and isolator gloveboxes while performing equipment cleaning-in-place and steam-in-place procedures. Manage inventory for materials and consumables, conduct sampling for in-process testing, and accurately complete process documentation in compliance with GMP standards. Troubleshoot equipment issues and adhere to safety protocols for biological and chemical handling. Work 1st shift (7:15am - 3:45pm) Monday through Friday with rotating weekends; overtime and holidays may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow written directions
- Ability to complete basic calculations
- Ability to think critically
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Knowledge of the metric system
- Authorization to work in the US
- Monday - Friday and rotating weekends schedule
- 1st Shift, 7:15am - 3:45pm (8-hours)
- Overtime and holidays availability
- Exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, noise, live steam, temperature fluctuations, biohazards
- Continuous standing
- Lifting to a maximum of 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- BS in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
