Job Summary
Join our color formulation lab as a Manufacturing Lab Technician, measuring and mixing materials to meet customer specifications, producing color samples, and ensuring quality control in the plastic industry.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to see color accurately
- Strong number perception, basic math and measurement skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Good verbal communication skills
- Frequent work with lab equipment and molding machinery
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years prior experience in a lab environment preferred
- Plastics industry experience highly desirable
Additional Requirements
- Candidate will lift 5 to 20 lbs. frequently, 20-40 lbs. occasionally, and more than 40 lbs. with assistance if required
