Job Summary
Lab Technician to join Cresco Labs facility responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation, monitoring and maintaining quality control measures, and ensuring a clean and safe production area. Duties include manufacturing support for extraction and filtration, data entry and GMP documentation, and cross-departmental assistance as needed. Role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, exposure to plant material, and flexibility to work a schedule that may include occasional weekend shifts. Familiarity with GMP and regulated production environments, plus proficiency with Windows-based software and POS applications, are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in a Lab that adheres to strict health and safety policies
- Past experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule based on business needs, including occasional weekend shifts
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications
- Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust
- Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time
- Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
