Job Summary
Manufacturing IT Manager responsible for delivering reliable IT, System Engineering, and Test Engineering services to support manufacturing operations and business objectives. Leads a collaborative, high-performing team with clear roles and priorities, communicates effectively with customers and internal teams, and provides transparent updates on priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes. Drives performance management with defined KPIs, data-driven insights, governance, and regular project/portfolio delivery across requirements, testing, and dependencies. Brings strong knowledge of Windows platforms and enterprise tools (e.g., JIRA), hands-on IT operations experience (monitoring, lifecycle management, continuous improvement), and excellent communication to build trusted stakeholder relationships. Preferred knowledge includes infrastructure/datacenter operations and enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure/Office365, DNS/DHCP, certificates, and backup solutions.
