Job Summary
Maintain product costing, routing, and process standards systems while developing production methods and overseeing pay systems for manufacturing and warehouse personnel. Lead improvements to compensation and incentive structures by collaborating with HR, IT, Payroll, and Facilities to implement labor management systems and incentive-based pay programs. Apply Lean manufacturing principles to analyze data, identify optimization opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements. Work in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center with moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and material handling equipment in operation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or relevant field, or equivalent work experience required in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years experience working in a similar function in a manufacturing environment, preferred
- 2+ years experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, etc., preferred
- Knowledge of labor management systems and incentive-based pay, preferred
- Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts, preferred
- Proficient in analytics and data manipulation using Excel and other tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future
