Job Summary
Maintain product costing, routing, and process standards systems while developing production methods for manufacturing and warehousing operations. Manage pay systems and education methods for production and warehouse personnel, leading improvements to compensation and incentive structures. Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and Facilities to support labor management systems and implement incentive-based pay programs. Apply Lean manufacturing principles to analyze data and identify optimization opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations using Excel and analytical tools. Located in an active industrial facility with moderate to high noise levels, this role may involve extended periods standing or walking and requires PPE. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or relevant field
- Equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years experience working in a similar function in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in analytics and data manipulation using Excel and other tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years experience working in a similar function in a manufacturing environment, preferred
- 2+ years experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, etc., preferred
- Knowledge of labor management systems and incentive-based pay, preferred
- Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts, preferred
