Job Summary
Verify incoming parts against packing slips and purchase orders. Prepare finished product for shipping by packing, staging, crating, and loading. Load and unload fabricated equipment and parts, and monitor product quality during shipment. Transport materials between departments using forklifts and overhead cranes while maintaining the yard and inventory areas. Assist fabrication, paint, shipping, and assembly teams as production needs change. Comply with all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE. American Bin and Conveyor is a manufacturing facility in Burlington, Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Has experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Likes staying active and working on their feet
- Can safely operate equipment or is willing to learn
- Takes pride in safety and in helping a team succeed
- Ability to use basic mathematics and measurements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- High degree of attention required to prevent injury to self and others
- Agree to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the company
- Successfully pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
- Eligible to legally work in the United States (E-Verify)
