Job Summary
Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform general labor duties in accordance with company policies, including machine setup, packing, palletizing, bundling, stacking, and sorting. Assist operators in efficient machine center operation, input data into computer systems, and perform quality checks on finished corrugated products to identify defects. Maintain production efficiencies by understanding work orders and load tags, while playing an active role in equipment maintenance and area cleanliness. Work mandatory overtime, including weekends, as needed on 2nd and 3rd shifts with flexibility required to support vacation coverage. This role offers training to move into machine helper and operator positions within Menasha Packaging's production environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
- Ability to effectively work in teams
- Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
- Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job
- Basic math and reading skills
- Must be comfortable working mandatory overtime, including weekends, as needed

- Ability to demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to customer standards
- Ability to understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
- Interest in learning new skills and training to move into roles such as machine helpers and operators
- High School Diploma or equivalent - preferred
