Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for manufacturing and eCommerce fulfillment, leading a team of roughly 100 people in Monterrey. Set and hit daily production and ship targets while protecting quality and on-time delivery for custom wedding builds. Balance bespoke made-to-order work with high-volume standard pick, pack, and ship operations. Walk the floor to coach supervisors, develop the leadership bench, and run training programs. Execute kaizen events to drive continuous process improvement, reduce waste, and lower cost per unit. Pull daily ERP and WMS data to allocate labor, protect delivery schedules, and control costs. Track throughput, quality, and efficiency KPIs, feeding structured feedback to the product team on packaging and buildability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience directly managing a workforce of roughly 75 to 100-plus people
- Strong, hands-on familiarity with lean manufacturing and kaizen
- Comfortable operating in ERPs, WMS, and the other software the business runs on
- Able to work on-site daily in Monterrey (Finsa Guadalupe)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willing to jump into any part of the business when it is what the operation needs
- Excellent with data, including Excel and Google Sheets and functions such as VLOOKUP
- Able to provide references
- Comfortable with a demanding pace and long hours
- Excellent cultural fit
