Manufacturing Frontline Manager - Night Shift

Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop frontline teams to foster a high-performing, accountable culture while driving operational excellence across safety, quality, productivity, and service. Provide hands-on leadership to resolve operational challenges and deliver against targets, championing a strong safety and wellbeing culture through policy compliance. Optimize labour utilisation and shift performance to achieve cost objectives, leveraging operational data and continuous improvement methodologies to identify opportunities and solve problems sustainably. Manage the night shift (11pm - 7.30am) in Wiri, Auckland, requiring minimum three years of leadership experience in food manufacturing and a solid understanding of HACCP and GMP principles.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' leadership experience within a food manufacturing or production environment
- A proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-pressure operational settings
- Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management and building engaged, high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Engineering and Quality
- A solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and continuous improvement principles
- Must be available for Night Shift (11pm - 7.30am)
