Job Summary
Coordinate and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives while optimizing equipment utilization. Monitor shop-floor activities, supervise manufacturing operators, and conduct shift briefings to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and workforce productivity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma programs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions for quality and yield issues. Ensure full compliance with semiconductor industry quality standards, EHS regulations, and cleanroom protocols. Prepare production performance reports on output, yield, and cycle time metrics for management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Prior experience in production scheduling, workforce supervision, and manufacturing operations management
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and production flow
- Understanding of production planning and scheduling methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and decision-making capability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
