Job Summary
Supervise daily Prepack production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery requirements are achieved. Monitor production schedules, prioritize work, and lead operators to achieve productivity and output goals. Ensure compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and EHS requirements while investigating and resolving production issues. Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams, prepare production reports, and track key performance indicators. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste within the backend semiconductor manufacturing environment. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Operations Management with 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or production supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Backend Assembly, Prepack, or Final Packing operations
