Job Summary
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality across production lines. Establish KPIs to track improvement outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and integrate new technologies. Manage large-scale projects ensuring delivery on time and within budget while optimizing resource allocation and lowering production costs. Ensure adherence to ISO and GMP standards, implement robust quality control processes, and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Align operational goals with senior management and act as a liaison between manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline
- At least 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role focused on operational excellence and process improvement
- Proven expertise in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other operational excellence methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executing large-scale process improvement projects in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with modern manufacturing technologies, automation, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MES)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams at all levels
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using manufacturing intelligence tools and data analytics platforms
