Manufacturing Excellence Team Lead

Manage the Roof Runner lease program, oversee order processing including lease agreements, and ensure safe operation and proper safety training for employees. Monitor and track the budget, maintain inventory levels for lease equipment and spare parts, and provide technical support to builders and erectors. Oversee day-to-day operations and facility maintenance functions for the Grandview office, including yard, building, and general maintenance. This role supports BlueScope's global leadership in metal coating and painting products for the construction industry.
