Job Summary
Perform preventive and demand maintenance activities while supporting senior technicians with advanced tasks. Execute production/manufacturing equipment setup and troubleshooting using basic power tools and proper hand/measuring instruments. Adhere to GMP and safety regulations across all maintenance functions. Gain vocational training to build a diverse, multi-craft foundation for career development in the skilled trades. Work the A2 night shift (6pm–6:30am) on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and every other Saturday with a 15% differential. Entry-level maintenance role for those with an HS diploma or relevant technical school enrollment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience setting up production/manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting
- Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools
- Ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting
- HS diploma
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
- Availability for night shift (6pm-6:30am Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other Saturday)
- Adherence to Abbvie's Code of Business Conduct
- Understanding and following of all GMP and Safety regulations
