Manufacturing Equipment and Process Engineer

The Manufacturing Equipment & Process Engineer will lead strategic implementation of Equipment and system(s) to enable execution of scale manufacturing of Data Center Solutions products for hyperscale customers, including enabling product design-for-quality/design-for-manufacturing; serve as the point of contact for development of manufacturing systems and processes that can be executed in any facility and accelerate start-up of new facilities; collaborate with the Tate commercial team and hyperscale customers to drive innovation; participate in developing operations functions using a data-based approach, delivering engineered systems for large-scale production with safety, quality, and environmental compliance; drive continuous improvement to minimize manufacturing overheads and improve cost competitiveness; support the Advanced Manufacturing Team in driving Step-Change improvements and maintaining awareness of quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies. Best practices to maintain confidentiality and align with corporate quality standards are expected, along with strong written and verbal communication and collaboration across functions.
