Job Summary
Conduct shift online support for continuous production lines to ensure equipment performance meets quality, yield, and cost goals. Monitor machine status, report issues to EE Leaders, and perform final test product conversion while maintaining 6S standards. Support the tech team in reducing machine downtime and improving MTBA/MTBF through alarm analysis and troubleshooting. Provide training to operators on machine operation and manage spare parts inventory with accurate tracking records. Report generation and project follow-up are required to sustain smooth production cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of Assy DA equipment
- Familiar with TOP equipment
- Familiar with process
- Familiar with machine trouble shooting
- Familiar with alarm handling
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Workable English
- Familiar with office software: Microsoft Word/excel/ Power point
Desired Qualifications
- Diploma, Major in Engineering
- Responsible for shift machine status checking and device change
- Good sense and follow up on quality issue and project
- Experience on machine and tooling routine PM
- Have the ability for report generation
- focus on machine alarm analysis and trouble shooting
