Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Manufacturing Engineering Technician supports Manufacturing and Process Engineers in maintaining and improving production operations through hands-on technical support and process execution. Responsibilities include troubleshooting assembly and manufacturing processes, data collection, supporting fixtures and tooling, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Working cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams, this role helps ensure manufacturing processes are efficient, compliant, safe, and consistently executed. Essential duties include supporting daily manufacturing operations, assisting with process development and sustainment, implementing engineering changes and process updates with data collection and documentation, participating in line setup, optimization, and validations, troubleshooting issues on the production floor, training and mentoring to ensure process adherence, participating in root cause investigations and corrective actions, and supporting compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong mechanical/technical aptitude, and the ability to work across locations and shifts.
