Job Summary
Manufacturing Engineering Technician on the production floor in an aerospace/defense environment. Provide hands-on technical support to Manufacturing Engineering and Production, troubleshoot assembly, wiring, tooling, and process issues, and assist with setup, maintenance, and verification of fixtures and support equipment. Update manufacturing documentation and work instructions, support engineering changes, and help improve productivity, quality, and workflow. Train production personnel on revised methods and perform hands-on assembly and rework as needed to keep production moving safely and efficiently, collaborating closely with Manufacturing Engineering to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on technical experience in manufacturing engineering
- Experience with tooling, fixtures, and production equipment
- Troubleshooting across wiring, assembly, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to update manufacturing documentation and work instructions
- Experience supporting engineering changes and process improvements
- Strong collaboration with production teams on the shop floor
- Background in aerospace, defense, or industrial test systems (preferred)
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on quality and efficiency
- Willingness to train production staff on revised methods
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform hands-on assembly and rework
