Job Summary
Assist in designing, installing, and optimizing manufacturing equipment and processes; troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical support to minimize downtime; collect and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste; contribute to the development of manufacturing procedures and documentation for new product introductions; collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on tooling, fixtures, and equipment maintenance; ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations; provide training and guidance to production staff on new processes and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
