Job Summary
Create and analyze process/equipment metrics to improve efficiency, investigate manufacturing problems, and provide production floor troubleshooting. Ensure spare parts are available and materials of contact are documented while performing preventative maintenance and calibration. Coordinate with equipment vendors to procure, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery. Support production goals by acting as a liaison between Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to identify and escalate issues rapidly. Work Monday through Thursday from 3:15pm to 1:45am, earning $29.00 to $32.00 per hour plus a $1.25 shift premium. Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong hands-on engineering skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Previous preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Schedule: 3:15pm - 1:45am, Monday - Thursday
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the medical device or biopharmaceutical industry preferred but not required
